Every order is eligible for return within 30 days when it is sent back in the condition received. Please contact us before sending a return.
30-day returns
All sales may be returned within 30 days of delivery when the item is returned in the condition it was received. There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless an item is materially not as described. Contact us before shipping a return so we can help confirm the right next step.
Shipping protection
Orders include up to $100 of shipping protection. Additional coverage can be requested before purchase for higher-value items; the added carrier cost will be quoted separately.
If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with photos so we can review the shipment and help with the next steps.
