Beautiful Large 4.5" Megalodon Tooth Fossil Natural East Coast U.S.
This 4.5" Serrated Shark Tooth Fossil came from the giant prehistoric Megalodon! It was collected from the Late Miocene Pungo River Formation off the coast of North Carolina, making it approximately 14 million years old! Adult Megalodon teeth were typically 4 to 5 inches. Teeth over 6 inches are very rare and represent the largest of this extinct marine species.
